What Components of bodybuilding supplements are?
When our trainer had first told my husband and me the four components to building muscle mass, I wasn’t really sure about it.
Now that we have been working with him and following his regime, I am starting to believe him.
Eating lots of good foods was easy, since we had been doing that. The second, working out hard was a no-choice kind of thing, since he was pretty hard on us!
In a good way. We started on Bodybuilding Supplements from Muxclemax; my husband went with the Muxcletech, weightgainer hardcore.
I decided to try the BSN. And there was no problem with the fourth, get plenty of sleep, with the work-outs he was having us do!. When the lady in the health food store asked what my goals were for taking supplements I asked what my choices were.
She rattled off a lot of them like loose fat, gain mass, get stronger, have more energy and a few more I can not remember. I actually wanted to do almost all of them. I am overweight, run down and want to be stronger.
Are there not Bodybuilding Supplements that can do that and I would prefer taking just one. We spent the better part of an hour talking about what supplement did what and finally I walked out of there with an armful of them.
